Michelle has been very helpful during our house hunting adventure. She asked us questions about what we were looking for and scoured her real-estate resources to find us many houses that we could tour. She was attentive to details that may distinguish one property over another but at the end of the day, we were the final decision maker on what we wanted to do.
During the house negotiation phase, Michelle was constantly in contact with us so that we knew where we were in the process and what options we had available to us if we needed to take some action. I feel like she was very well versed in the negotiation process and could give us recommendations on what might be a good step forward through the negotiations. Again, she acted as an advisor and we were responsible for the final decision on what actions we chose to take.
Overall I have really enjoyed working with Michelle, and I would recommend her for other family that is embarking on a house hunting expedition in the future.

I was forced to terminate contract with first realtor I worked with due to disconnect regarding understanding of what we were selling. Big difference between selling a house... and selling a large complicated property setup for equestrian activities and nature... with a house. I was really frustrated with the entire process when a neighbor recommended I ask Michelle for help. Michelle changed everything for the better! I became a licensed sales agent in June 2002, and became an Associate Broker in April 2011. I have been the Owner and Principal Broker of NextHome NOVA Realty since March 2020. I am a certified relocation specialist; having personally moved more than 25 times, I understand the stressful and emotional process involved for all members of the household, even the 4-legged ones. I have been a Northern VA resident since 1983, and have watched it develop and expand! I am the daughter of a retired US Army LTC and Critical Care Nurse who also reside in Northern Virginia.
